Masis Staffing Solutions is Hiring: Embroidery Machine Operator

Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring an Embroidery Machine Operator. Some experience operating multi-head industrial embroidery machines is required. This role is ideal for someone who can work efficiently, follow work orders accurately, and maintain high quality while meeting production deadlines.

Pay Rate

$18–$22 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Read and understand work orders to ensure accurate production
• Set up and operate multiple 6-head industrial embroidery machines
• Troubleshoot issues during runs and make necessary adjustments
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines while maintaining excellent quality control
• Run jobs on a variety of substrates, including (but not limited to):
  hoodies, fleece, polos, jackets, caps, beanies, bucket hats, towels, bags, and more

• Demonstrate basic knowledge of proper stabilizers and embroidery techniques for different fabric types
• Perform basic machine cleaning and routine checks to ensure equipment runs properly
• Work directly with the Department Supervisor, and at times work independently and help oversee the department as needed
• Assist in other departments as necessary

Requirements

• Some experience on multi-head industrial embroidery machines (required)
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Ability to work independently when needed and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
