We are a growing manufacturing company located in Northern Phoenix and are seeking team players who want to learn and grow.
This role is primarily a Business Data Analyst role and will also function as a backup for Accounting Processing and assist in Human Resources when needed.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership. They will also be comfortable wearing multiple hats and being a backup for accounting.
Responsibilities
• Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement
• Support all SAP features in purchasing and all OPtiPro features: BOM’s, ShopFloor, Warehouse Management
• Consistently analyze financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reports
• Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators
• Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
• 2 – 3 years’ in accounting and financial analysis
• Modeling experience
• SAP Business One and/or OptiPro Software proficiency
• SQL writing
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
