Machine Operator

If so, our client is seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join their team in Brockton, MA. This is a full-time Machine Operator opportunity available for all shifts, perfect for individuals with a year or more of experience in machine operation and food manufacturing.
Responsibilities of the Machine Operator
Maintain a clean and organized machine workspace.
Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and general food safety requirements.
Monitor metal detection processes and maintain accurate records.
Follow established food defense procedures.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements of the Machine Operator
Ability to read and write in English.
Competence in completing shift paperwork accurately.
Strong communication skills to facilitate teamwork.
Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
Understanding of common machine faults and troubleshooting.
Compensation/Benefits for the Machine Operator
Salary: $17.50 – $21.00/hour depending on experience
