Reach Truck Operator – Night Shift

Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 4:30 AM
Overtime: Required based on business needs
Position Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Reach Truck Operator to join our fast-paced warehouse team. This position requires strong reach truck experience, attention to safety, and the ability to perform physically demanding warehouse duties throughout the shift.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recent Reach Truck experience required
Must be comfortable operating a Reach Truck safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ lbs. repeatedly
Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and lift for extended periods
Comfortable working at heights while operating warehouse equipment
Experience picking, moving, staging, and putting away products
Experience loading, unloading, replenishing, and moving inventory
Ability to follow warehouse safety procedures and equipment guidelines
Must be able to work independently while maintaining productivity expectations
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow work orders and inventory locations
Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain consistent attendance
Must be available to work the entire 7:00 PM – 4:30 AM night shift
Overtime is required, including extended shifts and additional days when needed
Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced warehouse environment
RF scanner or warehouse management system experience preferred
Steel-toe or safety shoes may be required

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a Reach Truck to move and store products throughout the warehouse
Pick and put away pallets in designated rack locations
Replenish inventory and stage products for shipping
Load and unload materials as assigned
Verify product quantities, locations, and accuracy
Perform daily equipment safety checks
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
Assist with general warehouse duties and manual lifting as needed

Candidates must have at least 2 years of Reach Truck experience and be prepared to demonstrate their operating skills.
