Production Line Lead – Multiple Shifts Available
Pay: $19.75/hr – $23.75/hr (depending on shift)
Location: Milford, NH 03055
Duration: Temp to Hire

What You Will Be Doing:
Lead and inspire production line operators to hit daily goals while fostering a positive, respectful team culture.
Champion safety by communicating requirements, conducting audits, and ensuring corrective actions are taken when needed.
Maximize efficiency by working with technicians on machine setup, material retrieval, and keeping the line running smoothly.
Own the process including staffing, training, daily/weekly/monthly PMs, ordering parts, and troubleshooting equipment issues.
Drive improvement through 5S and continuous improvement initiatives on your line and across the department.
Collect and report key production data to the Manufacturing Supervisor.
Resolve personnel issues and collaborate with Maintenance during overhauls and rebuilds.
What We Need From You:
Minimum 1 year of experience leading or supervising a team.
Ability to read and understand MAPs and follow quality control procedures.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and manufacturing equipment.
