2nd Shift – CNC Machinist 

Nashua, NH
Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
$26.00-$35.00 an hour

Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our client in searching for an experienced CNC Machinist to join their growing team in Nashua, NH. This is a great opportunity for a skilled machinist who enjoys working in a fast-paced prototype manufacturing environment and has experience with CNC setup, operation, and programming.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC milling and/or lathe machines.
  • Create and modify programs using Mastercam and CAD/CAM software.
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to manufacture precision parts.
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform machine maintenance, operator PMs, and maintain an organized work area.
  • Troubleshoot machining and production issues as needed.
  • Ensure jobs are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous CNC machining experience required, including machine setup and operation.
  • Experience with Mastercam, SolidWorks, and CAD/CAM software preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand geometric tolerances.
  • Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, height gauges, and protractors.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
