Our client is seeking dedicated Guidewire Operators to join their team, where you'll play a crucial role in the production of high-quality guidewire components. Responsibilities of the Utility – Clean Room
Operate and monitor guidewire manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
Set up machinery and production materials as required.
Follow detailed work instructions and production specifications.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Perform visual inspections and identify defects or inconsistencies.
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Work carefully with small components and materials requiring strong attention to detail.
Maintain a clean, organized, and controlled work environment.
Follow all clean room procedures, including proper gowning and hygiene requirements.
Adhere to company safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or production problems to the appropriate supervisor.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient production.
Requirements of the Utility – Clean Room
Previous manufacturing, machine operating, medical device, or clean room experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Comfortable working in a highly controlled, quality-focused environment.
Basic computer skills preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
