Job Title: Production – Processing Repack (Pipeline Recruiting)

Job Description:

Join our team as a Production Associate in a dynamic cold environment focused on herbal processing and repacking. This role is essential to ensuring the quality and timely packaging of our products for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, trim, and prepare herbs in a cold processing environment to meet quality standards.
• Unpack bags and boxes of herbs, ensuring proper handling and sanitation.
• Weigh and repackage herbs into smaller, customer-ready bundles with precision.
• Sort and select produce based on quality standards, identifying any defects or irregularities.
• Open and assemble carton boxes in preparation for packing.
• Pack prepared herbs into boxes, ensuring accurate labeling and secure packaging for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to safety and food safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in processing, repacking, or similar production roles is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a cold environment for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
