Production Associate – 1st Shift

Position Overview

As a Production Associate, you will play a key role in the efficient production of high-quality products. You will work closely with the production team to meet daily production goals while maintaining safety, quality, and operational standards. Successful candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes
• Perform routine equipment checks.
• Follow standard operating procedures and workplace safety guidelines
• Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure company standards are met
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals
• Identify and communicate production or quality concerns to supervisors
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment
• Ability to operate production equipment and follow established procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or industrial production settings
