About the Role
Masis Staffing Solutions is partnering with an established organization that supports medical device and instrument manufacturers through receiving, inventory control, and loaner kit processing. This team is quality-focused and detail-driven, and they are adding a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations.
What You’ll Do
Receive inventory and verify counts against receiving documentation
Perform physical inventory counts and location audits
Maintain organized, clean warehouse areas (receiving dock and storage locations)
Support inventory control activities
Process loaner kits, including inspection and cleaning
Perform visual inspection of medical devices/instruments to identify defects
Follow written procedures, GMP, and work instructions (including handwritten instructions)
Use basic math (add/subtract/multiply/divide) and communicate clearly in English (verbal/written)
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
6+ months experience in inventory control, receiving, or operations-related work
Valid driver’s license and strong driving record
Ability to read/write English; comfortable with basic keyboarding
Basic computer/hardware familiarity
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; stand/stoop; perform light/heavy lifting and tasks requiring manual dexterity
Ability to read fine print on paper and on a computer screen
20/20 vision (or corrected to 20/20) required due to detailed visual inspection work
Able to work independently without constant supervision
