Commercial Construction Laborer – $25/hr

Location: Burlington, MA
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift

Expected Start: Late October / Early November 2026
Project Duration: Approximately 2 Years
Per Diem: Not Available
We are hiring experienced Commercial Construction Laborers for a long-term project in Burlington, MA.
This position will support carpenters, leads, and other trades with material handling, site preparation, cleanup, demolition, framing support, and general construction duties. Candidates with commercial construction experience are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters and construction crews with daily project activities
• Move, stage, load, and unload construction materials
• Assist with Light Gauge Metal Framing work
• Assist with commercial door and frame installation
• Assist with suspended ceiling installation
• Perform demolition and material removal
• Complete job-site cleanup and debris removal
• Assist with basic patching and repair work
• Use hand and power tools as qualified
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety requirements
• Perform additional general construction duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous construction or commercial job-site experience preferred
• Light Gauge Metal Framing experience is a plus
• Commercial interior construction experience is a plus
• Masonry patching experience is a plus
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and carry construction materials
• OSHA 10 card required and must be in hand and legible
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Reliable transportation to Burlington, MA required
