Supervisor
Position Title: Shift Clean Room Supervisor
Schedule: TBD It will either be 1st or 2nd shift,

Position Summary
The Shift Clean Room Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily clean room operations during the evening shift. This role ensures production goals are achieved while maintaining compliance with company quality standards, safety procedures, and clean room protocols. The supervisor leads, coaches, and develops team members to ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of clean room production employees.
  • Ensure all personnel follow clean room gowning procedures, GMP, SOPs, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor production schedules and workflow to meet quality and delivery objectives.
  • Conduct shift start-up meetings and communicate production priorities.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate employee performance.
  • Monitor attendance, approve timekeeping, and manage shift staffing.
  • Perform routine inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and contamination control standards.
  • Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Engineering to resolve equipment or process concerns.
  • Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and documentation.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing company policies and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3–5 years of manufacturing or clean room experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of clean room procedures, GMP, ISO standards, and quality systems preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Must wear required clean room gowning and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to work in a controlled manufacturing environment.

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required based on production needs.
