Entry-Level Manufacturing Assembler

Location: West Boylston, MA
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Full-Time | 1st Shift
Paid Training – No Manufacturing Experience Required

Looking for a Hands-On Job Where You Can Learn a Skill?

You don't need previous manufacturing experience to get started.

If you enjoy building things, working with tools, fixing things, working on cars, putting furniture together, building computers, or figuring out how things work, we want to talk with you.

We're hiring Entry-Level Assemblers and will train the right candidates to build mechanical and electrical equipment in a clean manufacturing environment.

What matters most is that you're dependable, comfortable working with your hands, and willing to learn.

What You'll Do

  • Build and assemble mechanical and electrical parts

  • Use basic hand and power tools

  • Install parts, wires, cables, screws, and hardware

  • Follow step-by-step instructions and pictures

  • Check your work to make sure everything is assembled correctly

  • Learn how to read basic drawings and diagrams

  • Learn new assembly and manufacturing skills

  • Work alongside experienced team members who will help train you

You May Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Like working with your hands

  • Have used basic tools at home, work, school, or as a hobby

  • Enjoy taking things apart, building things, or repairing things

  • Can follow instructions and pay attention to detail

  • Are dependable and show up to work on time

  • Want to learn a skilled trade or start a career in manufacturing

  • Have a high school diploma or GED

  • Can stand during the shift and lift up to 50 pounds

Experience Is NOT Required

Your hands-on experience can come from almost anywhere.

Maybe you've worked in a warehouse, construction, automotive, landscaping, maintenance, production, retail stockroom, or another hands-on job.

Maybe you've taken automotive, electronics, robotics, shop, or technical classes.

Or maybe you're simply mechanically inclined and enjoy working with tools.

We can teach you the manufacturing side.
