Site Logistics Specialist
Job Overview The Site Logistics Specialist is responsible for supporting daily site logistics, material handling, deliveries, media loading, laydown yard operations, and general site activities. This role coordinates materials, equipment, and deliveries to ensure safe, organized, and efficient project execution while supporting overall site operations and safety compliance.
General Responsibilities
Support daily site logistics, deliveries, and material movement.
Load, unload, stage, and organize materials and equipment.
Assist with laydown yard operations and maintain organized work areas.
Perform general labor and other site-support activities as needed.
Assist with media loading and related material-handling tasks.
Follow through with daily assignments and support workforce coordination.
Ensure safe work practices and compliance with site safety requirements.
Assist with material tracking, inventory, and logistics records.
Maintain logistics equipment and ensure it is clean and operational.
Support communication and coordination with site teams, vendors, and delivery personnel.
Maintain clean, organized, and efficient logistics areas.
Identify opportunities to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Previous experience in site logistics, construction, warehouse, material handling, or similar operations preferred.
Experience with loading, unloading, staging, and transporting materials.
Basic knowledge of forklifts and material-handling equipment.
Forklift certification is a plus.
Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials.
