Responsibilities of the Warehouse Shipping and Receiving
Achieve timely and accurate updates to shipping records using warehouse management system software.
Maintain an orderly and clean shipping area, ensuring efficient space utilization.
Foster strong collaboration and communication within the team to enhance operational efficiency.
Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
Label and prepare shipments for carrier pickup, ensuring all documentation is correct.
Record shipment details accurately in real-time using warehouse management system software.
Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently, performing daily safety checks on equipment.
Requirements of the Warehouse Shipping and Receiving
Must have 6 months of experience as a forklift operator.
Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
Ability to read, comprehend, and complete basic checklists.
Must display a positive attitude while working well as part of a team.
