Now hiring production workers for a large food manufacturing plant in the Bristol, IN 46507

Shift/Pay:

1st shift: Monday-Friday (Potential Saturdays occasionally) 5:30am – 2:30pm & 6:30am-3:30pm, $17

2nd shift: Monday-Friday (Potential Saturdays occasionally) 2p- 11:30pm & 3p- 12:30am, $18

This role will require extended hours based on production needs, including work to be performed after regular business hours and on weekends.

We are looking for support processing food products by SORTING, CARTON STACKER, CARTON LOADER, FLOATER FOR BREAKS, CASE PACKER, PACKER AND LOADER.

Labeling boxes with product specification, assist in the removal of casing and dipping of uncased products, assist in the separating, bagging, and boxing of corn dogs keeping work area clean and organized, following GMP/HAACP procedures, may assist in other departments if needed.

The production operator uses equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of tasks involved in the manufacturing of products.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Packing, general labor straighten, and count to specification.
• Monitor and/or assists in identifying foreign materials.
• Comply with all GMP policies and procedures Adhere to all Safety Policies and procedures.
• Rotate through various positions as needed.
• Must be able to tolerate a non-temperature controlled environment with very cold/hot conditions.
• Work in various areas of production of the plant as required by production demands
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good manufacturing practices.
• Punctual and good attendance.
• Good communication, math, read and writing skills.
• Able to work at a fast pace, repetitive and work environment
• Ability to work in a team environment and a diverse workforce.
• Quality, safety-minded, reliable, precise, and self-motivated.
• Production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
