Production Warehouse Associate

Location: Cary, Raleigh, Mebane, Durham & Morrisville, NC
Pay: $15.00 – $16.13 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

No previous experience is required—we provide paid training!

What You'll Do

As a Production Warehouse Associate, you will:

• Assist the packaging team with assembling and preparing products for shipment
• Perform hand collating, kit building, labeling, and final product assembly
• Package products according to customer specifications and quality standards
• Inspect products for defects and notify team leads of quality concerns
• Load and stage materials for production runs
• Pack completed products onto pallets, carts, or cartons
• Operate basic production equipment, including shrink wrappers, cartoners, and box cutters
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Accurately track time and material usage
• Support additional warehouse and production tasks as needed

Preferred Experience

• Packaging or production experience preferred
• Manufacturing experience preferred

Bonuses Available

Sign-On Bonus

Earn $100 after completing two full weeks of your scheduled work. Employees must work their required schedule to qualify.

Referral Bonus

Earn $200 for every qualified referral who is hired and meets eligibility requirements. Referral bonuses are paid through payroll for employees. External referral partners may qualify through a 1099 payment process.
