We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with an electromechanical background to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, motors, conveyors, and control panels, ensuring efficient and safe operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

  • Diagnose and fix equipment malfunctions including PLCs and sensors.

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.

  • Log all maintenance work in CMMS.

  • Assist with equipment installation and upgrades.

  • Support lean manufacturing initiatives and safety compliance.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years industrial maintenance experience with electromechanical focus.

  • Knowledge of electrical systems (up to 480V), PLC troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs.

  • Familiarity with lockout/tagout and safety procedures.

  • Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and on rotating shifts.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and VFD programming.

  • Ability to edit ladder logic, AOIs, and PID loops.

  • Welding and fabrication skills a plus.

  • Experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

  • Frequent standing, bending, climbing ladders/scaffolds.
