Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $19.74 per hour
Schedule: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Location: Newburyport, MA 

Are you ready to be an important part of a fast-paced warehouse team? Our client is looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Workers to support shipping, receiving, and storage operations.

In this role, you’ll help ensure products are received, stored, and shipped safely and accurately while maintaining high standards for food safety and quality. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and enjoy staying active in a warehouse environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Follow all company Food Safety Plan requirements and procedures.
• Receive and inspect incoming products and materials.
• Verify inbound products are received at the required temperatures and in good condition.
• Ensure products containing allergens are properly labeled and separated by allergen type.
• Inspect pallets and products for quality, condition, and food safety concerns.
• Accurately document inbound products and complete required paperwork on time.
• Verify outbound carrier trucks are set to the proper temperature before loading.
• Prepare outbound pallets, ensuring they are properly shrink-wrapped, labeled, and in good condition.
• Complete shipping paperwork accurately and thoroughly.
• Properly stage and store products at required temperatures.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
• Ensure Bills of Lading include all required lot codes for shipments.
• Maintain receiving, shipping, and warehouse areas in clean, organized, and inspection-ready condition.
• Safely and properly operate warehouse equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
