Dietary Aide, Englishtown NJ

We are currently hiring a Dietary Aide to support food service operations within a healthcare facility. This Dietary Aide role is ideal for someone who takes pride in providing quality service, maintaining a clean kitchen environment, and contributing to patient satisfaction through proper meal support.

Responsibilities of the Dietary Aide:

• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and meal presentation as a Dietary Aide in accordance with dietary guidelines and patient needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen while following all sanitation and safety procedures.
• Support accurate tracking of food inventory, waste, and patient meal requests.
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient meal service.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as ordering supplies and communicating with vendors.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Requirements for the Dietary Aide:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in food service, healthcare, or a related Dietary Aide role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability for morning and mid-day shifts.
• Dependable, compassionate, and service-oriented attitude.

Compensation and Benefits for the Dietary Aide:

• Pay Rate: $15.92hr
• Full-time opportunities available.
• Morning and mid-day shift available: 6am-2pm, 11am-730pm, 330pm-730pm
