Evening Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Evening Operator to join our manufacturing team. This multi-disciplined role involves overseeing production processes using advanced robotic equipment and ensuring all operations meet stringent quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor automated and manual production equipment, ensuring seamless workflow during evening shifts.
  • Load and unload component trays precisely, performing inline inspections under microscopes with tweezers to maintain quality.
  • Continuously oversee machine performance, promptly addressing any issues to optimize operation.
  • Interpret and follow technical drawings, specifications, work orders, and customer requirements to accurately execute tasks.
  • Conduct inspections to verify process conformity and meet customer specifications.
  • Assist with or perform various operational tasks to maintain productivity and meet strict schedules.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to safety procedures and environmental precautions, including clean room protocols.
  • Comply with all quality standards, ITAR policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members through meetings and work groups to resolve issues, share knowledge, and stay updated on new policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience operating automated and manual manufacturing equipment.
  • Previous experience in an ESD environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with JESD 625 (JEDEC Standard for Handling Electrostatic Discharge Sensitive Devices) is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of technical drawings and schematics.
  • Knowledge of J-STD-001 (Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies) and related standards is advantageous.
  • Awareness of AS9100 and ISO 9001:2008 quality standards is a plus.
  • Due to export control regulations, candidates must be US Persons.
