General Line Worker

Location: 3 Arentzen Blvd, Charleroi, PA 15022
Starting Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Pay Frequency: Weekly (Every Friday)

We are a frozen food manufacturing company committed to producing high-quality products in a safe, efficient, and team-oriented environment. We are seeking dependable and motivated General Line Workers to join our production team.

Position Summary

The General Line Worker is responsible for supporting food production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Team members will work on production lines, package products, inspect quality, and help maintain a clean and safe workplace while following all company policies and food safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work on production and packaging lines.
• Handle, package, label, and prepare frozen food products.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and report any concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with production goals and daily operational needs.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety requirements.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Cold temperatures due to frozen food production operations.
• Standing for extended periods of time.
• Repetitive movements and light to moderate lifting may be required.

Requirements

• Reliable attendance is essential and mandatory for success in this position.
• Ability to work in a cold environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Must comply with all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements.
• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
