Shift Options & Pay

1st Shift

Monday through Friday
5:30 AM – 2:00 PM

• Starting Pay: $13.00 per hour
• Pay increases to $14.50 per hour upon successful completion of training
• First day start time: 8:30 AM

2nd Shift

Monday through Thursday
2:00 PM – 12:30 AM

• Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour
• Pay increases to $15.50 per hour upon successful completion of training
• Start date and reporting time will be confirmed after selection

Position Overview

As an Embroidery Operator in Training, you will learn to operate embroidery equipment used to personalize apparel, accessories, and other products. Training will be provided in all aspects of the role, including:

• Embroidery machine operation
• Product and quality inspection
• Trimming and finishing embroidered items
• Packaging completed orders
• Order verification
• Quality Control procedures
• Cleanup and workstation organization
• Following production and safety standards

Attention to detail is essential, as you will be responsible for ensuring designs, thread colors, and product specifications meet quality expectations.

First Day Information

Selected candidates will be added to the onboarding file. Start dates will be determined based on candidate availability and hiring schedules.

On your first day:

• Meet with a Masis Staffing representative upon arrival
• Enter through the employee entrance
• Complete the check-in process
• Have your badge photo taken
• Participate in company and safety orientation training
• Learn about workplace policies, expectations, and procedures
• Begin hands-on department training
