Material Handler/Utility Compounder $21HR, NEPTUNE NJ 

Are you comfortable staying active throughout a 12-hour shift and keeping production supplied with the materials it needs? We are looking for a dependable Material Handler to support a busy manufacturing operation. This Material Handler will be responsible for continuously moving raw materials from the warehouse to the production floor and finished products to the staging area while keeping materials organized and production running smoothly.

Responsibilities of the Material Handler/Utility Compounder:

• Use scanners to accurately track and move raw materials from the warehouse to the production floor.
• Move finished products from production areas to the appropriate staging area for shipment.
• Keep machines and production areas supplied with the materials needed to prevent downtime.
• Scan materials, verify information, and ensure products are moved to the correct locations.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment as needed.
• Support production activities, including changeovers, startup preparation, and line clearances.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following FIFO, GMP, and standard work instructions.

Requirements for the Material Handler/Utility Compounder:

• Previous scanning experience is required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Comfortable continuously walking, standing, and moving materials throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Experience using scanners, pallet jacks, and basic material-handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Plastics or blow molding experience.
• Experience working with grinders, blenders, or auxiliary manufacturing equipment.

Compensation & Schedule for the Material Handler/Utility compounder:

• 12-hour rotating shifts (Sund/Wed/Thursd & Mon/Tuesd/Frid/Sat) 
• 6:30pm to 7am
• Every other weekend includes a 3-day weekend
• Pay: $21.00per hour
• Full-time opportunity.
