Key Responsibilities
Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, machinery, facilities, and related systems.
Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes, and complete or coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
Inspect equipment and components, using appropriate tools and measurements to identify wear, damage, or other maintenance needs.
Support maintenance planning by helping schedule routine service, preparing parts and materials, and coordinating with production teams.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment issues, parts usage, and ongoing needs while keeping work areas safe and organized.
Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams to support productivity, equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and overall facility operations.
Qualifications
Experience in maintenance, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, welding, or another related technical field is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness and ability to learn new equipment, systems, tools, and processes.
Dependable, hands-on, and flexible approach with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks as business needs require.
Strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Ability to work safely in a production environment, follow established procedures, and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training, certification, or relevant education is a plus. Basic computer skills are also preferred.
