Packaging and Shipping Associate (Part-Time)

$17.00 an hour – Bedford, NH 

Schedule:

• Approximately 30 hours per week
• Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday
• Flexible work schedule. Employees may choose their preferred hours, which will remain consistent once established. (Anytime between 6:00am and 3:00pm)

Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Packaging & Shipping Associate to join our team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role responsible for preparing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy, and meeting daily order fulfillment goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Package products into their initial packaging
• Apply labels and securely seal packages
• Count products accurately to prepare customer orders
• Label boxes for shipment and distribution
• Process and ship individual customer orders
• Verify order accuracy before shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow company procedures and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
• Dependable with a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, and repetitive hand movements
• Ability to lift and move items up to 30 pounds
• Ability to maintain a fast work pace throughout the shift
