Industrial Dishwasher

Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Location: Manchester, NH

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable Industrial Dishwasher to support sanitation and production operations in a fast-paced food production environment. This role is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, maintaining a clean work area, managing waste disposal, and assisting production teams as needed to ensure efficient operations and compliance with food safety standards.

Essential Responsibilities

Operate industrial automated pan and rack washing equipment, including loading, monitoring, and unloading items while ensuring proper wash and rinse temperatures and cleaning solutions.
Clean and sanitize bake pans, cake pans, mixing bowls, production carts, and other equipment, including hand-scrubbing items that cannot be processed through automated washers.
Maintain cleanliness throughout production and food preparation areas by sweeping, mopping, washing floors, and sanitizing work surfaces in accordance with GMP and HACCP standards.
Remove trash and production waste, sanitize waste containers, and support overall facility cleanliness.
Assist production, culinary, and warehouse teams with material handling, moving ingredients, loading and unloading supplies, and other general support tasks as needed.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.

Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Comfortable working around industrial cleaning equipment, hot water, and cleaning chemicals.
Able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and food quality standards.
Dependable attendance and a team-oriented attitude.
