Operator Filler – 2nd Shift
Haverhill, MA
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
Work Environment: Cold environment

Job Summary

We’re seeking a reliable Operator Filler to support packaging operations in a manufacturing facility. This role focuses on packaging finished goods, monitoring product flow, making basic machine adjustments, and escalating issues to leadership to keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Package products according to production and quality standards
Fill boxes with appropriate packing materials to protect product integrity
Verify packages are secure, labeled properly, and meet quality expectations
Make basic machine adjustments to maintain efficient product flow
Identify and report operational issues, defects, or downtime to a supervisor
Keep work area clean and organized, following safety and food-manufacturing practices
Support production goals by working collaboratively with the team

Requirements

Manufacturing/packaging experience preferred
Comfortable working in a cold environment for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and communicate issues clearly
Ability to operate/adjust machinery safely (training may be provided)
Ability to lift/move packages as needed
Flexibility for overtime as required
