Forklift Operator – High Reach / Order Picker
The Forklift Operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving, loading, unloading, picking, and organizing materials throughout the warehouse. Candidates must have hands-on experience operating a High Reach Truck and/or Order Picker and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a High Reach Truck and/or Order Picker to move and retrieve warehouse products.
Pull, pick, stage, and prepare products for shipment.
Load and unload materials while ensuring products are handled safely.
Receive, inspect, and place incoming inventory in designated storage locations.
Scan, label, and organize products to maintain inventory accuracy.
Move pallets and materials throughout the warehouse.
Perform pre-operation equipment inspections and report any mechanical or safety concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and applicable OSHA guidelines.
Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory organization, and other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous hands-on experience operating a High Reach Truck and/or Order Picker is required.
Sit-down forklift or Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience alone does not meet the equipment experience requirement.
Ability to safely maneuver warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Commitment to workplace safety and proper equipment operation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
Dependable, punctual, and able to handle warehouse materials safely.
