We are seeking an experienced Punch Press Die Setter/Operator to join our established team at a reputable ISO 9001:2015 certified supplier of washers and stampings. This is a key role responsible for setting up and operating punch presses to ensure efficient production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate progressive and compound stamping dies on coil-fed punch presses with precision.
• Adjust and troubleshoot punch presses and related feed equipment to optimize output.
• Use lift trucks, overhead cranes, and other material handling tools safely and effectively.
• Measure and inspect stamped parts using precision measuring equipment to maintain quality standards.
• Follow detailed written and verbal work instructions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area to support a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience as a punch press die setter and operator.
• Sound knowledge of punch presses, die setup, and feed systems.
• Ability to operate lifting equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting work instructions and technical diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must pass physical and background screening.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• Regular hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Overtime as needed to meet production demands.
• Competitive pay rate of $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience. Candidates with over 5 years of experience may earn above $23 per hour.
