Job Title

Control Panel Assembler / Wiring Technician (Entry-Level – Training Provided)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Control Panel Assembler / Wiring Technician to support the wiring and light assembly of electrical control panels. This role requires comfort using common hand and power tools, following written and verbal work instructions, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Electrical schematic reading and soldering experience are a plus, but not required.

Please note: This position involves wiring electrical control panels, which is different from electronic circuit board assembly and typical soldering roles.

Essential Functions (include, but not limited to)

• Perform light assembly of components on electrical control panels using various hand and power tools.
• Use general tools such as wire strippers, screwdrivers, power screwdrivers, and similar equipment.
• Read and interpret wiring instructions and build accordingly.
• Ensure HTC wiring standards and processes are followed.
• Inspect and check work to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
• Maintain safe work habits and a clean, organized, safe work area at all times.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Ability to read electrical schematics (preferred).
• Ability to solder (preferred).

Minimum Qualifications (Training Available)

We are willing to train candidates with little to no direct experience, provided they meet the minimum work standards:

• Stable work history (where applicable).
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and be trained.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements (adjust as needed)

• Bench/production environment working with hand tools and panel components.
• Must be able to perform repetitive hand motions and stand/sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required (typical light industrial expectations).
