Parts Clerk

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking for an opportunity to support daily maintenance and production operations? We are seeking a reliable Parts Clerk to manage inventory, issue parts, and maintain accurate records.

Parts Clerk – Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts and materials.

• Issue parts to maintenance and operations personnel.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory software.

• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.

• Coordinate with vendors and purchasing to reorder parts as needed.

• Keep the parts room/warehouse clean, organized, and properly labeled.

• Assist with tracking part usage and identifying obsolete or low-stock items.

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Parts Clerk – Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous experience as a Parts Clerk, Stockroom Attendant, or Warehouse Associate preferred.

• Basic computer skills, including inventory systems, email, and spreadsheets.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Forklift experience is a plus, or willingness to be trained.

Parts Clerk – Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday.
• Hrs.: 7am to 3:30pm

• Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Parts Clerk – Compensation & Benefits

• Pay rate: 18hr
