We are currently hiring for Mold Operator for a local manufacturing company based out of Amherst, NH! 

3rd shift opportunity, with a pay rate from $24 an hour!  

What will you do:

  • Operate all machinery associated with production needs.
  • Load and unload machines.
  • Perform simple sub-assemblies.
  • Quality inspecting all parts.
  • Make boxes and package products.
  • Maintain raw material supply to machines.
  • Rotate between work centers on a daily basis.
  • Keep equipment clean and maintain an orderly work center.
  • Learn to operate automation and robotic equipment, in a clean, well-lit, air-conditioned manufacturing plant.
  • Complete all employee training as well as participate in LEAN Kaizen events (E.g. 5S) and lean manufacturing education/training.
  • Follow all safe work practices, work instructions, and policies.
  • Participate in toolbox talks, town hall production meetings.
