Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring a dependable and motivated Manufacturing / Extrusion Production Worker to join a manufacturing team. This position supports daily production operations by handling materials, assisting with machinery, maintaining product quality, and following safety procedures.
Prepare materials and verify ingredients according to production recipes and specifications.
Set up and operate production machinery while following safety procedures.
Assist production operators to keep equipment running efficiently.
Package, label, and prepare materials according to customer specifications.
Clean machinery and maintain an organized work area.
Complete required production paperwork and documentation.
Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or production problems promptly.
Follow all company safety rules and maintain quality standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED.
Manufacturing or industrial operations experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Basic math, reading, and comprehension skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move throughout the shift.
Frequently lift or move materials weighing up to 55 pounds.
Comfortable working around machinery, noise, dust, and varying environmental conditions.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, safety shoes, gloves, and hearing protection.
