Machine Operator (1st Shift) — Milford, NH

Pay Range: $24.00–$28.00 per hour
Schedule Perk: Work 36 hours and get paid for 52 hours

Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring a 1st Shift Machine Operator in Milford, NH. This position focuses on machine/line setup, maintaining continuous production flow, completing quality checks, and ensuring accurate production documentation.

Responsibilities
Mechanically set up the machine, including installation of appropriate tooling and all auxiliary line equipment needed to produce varying cable designs per process instructions
Monitor raw material supply to support continuous operation
Perform required measurements using company-approved measuring devices
Verify measuring devices are properly calibrated
Visually inspect neutral spools for damaged wires
Perform cold welds of bare neutral wires to maintain spool operation
Maintain accurate record keeping of all pertinent information, including work center records
Take corrective action when needed to ensure quality product
Participate in scheduled team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement
Support efforts to maintain ISO certification
Follow all applicable System Level Procedures (SLPs) and Process Controls
