Pressroom Associate – 3rd Shift (Night Shift)

Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Shift Pattern: Fixed-Front Half

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and motivated Pressroom Associates for our 3rd shift operations. This is an opportunity for candidates to demonstrate their skills, reliability, and work ethic, with the potential to be considered for full-time employment.

Work Schedule

The 3rd shift follows a rotating two-week schedule:

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights (36 hours)
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights (48 hours)
• Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights (36 hours)
• Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights (48 hours)

This pattern repeats every four weeks. Overtime may also be available on scheduled off-Thursdays, depending on production needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with pressroom production and daily manufacturing operations.
• Follow all safety procedures and established production standards.
• Monitor product quality and report any defects or equipment concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality and attendance expectations.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and follow a rotating schedule.
• Willingness to learn manufacturing and pressroom processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
