Supervisor, PIP Eligibility
Supervises day-to-day claims operations and oversees eligibility and coverage determinations, claims processing quality, workflow management, and staff development. Ensures claims are handled efficiently and in accordance with established policies, procedures, and applicable coverage requirements.

Supervisor, PIP Eligibility Responsibilities:

• Supervise claims personnel, manage workflow, and oversee claims processing related to eligibility and coverage.
• Evaluate claims processing needs, prioritize assignments, and make eligibility decisions within the scope of statutory coverage and authority.
• Maintain quality control standards and ensure a high level of customer service throughout claims management.
• Train, develop, and evaluate assigned personnel while delegating work and monitoring performance.
• Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and performance standards while assisting with projects, training, workflow improvements, and vendor oversight as needed.

Supervisor, PIP Eligibility Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in claims.
• Thorough knowledge of claims processing, policies, procedures, workflows, and industry best practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, judgment, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Proven ability to supervise and motivate staff, delegate assignments, meet deadlines, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Supervisor, PIP Eligibility Compensation:

• Salary range of $85K – $90K dependent on experience
• Comprehensive benefits package
