Bindery Machine Operator

Pay: $17.00+/hr
Schedule options (12-hour rotating):

• 1st shift: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
• 2nd shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
  Days may include weekends (rotating schedule)

We’re hiring Bindery Machine Operators to set up, adjusts, and operates print-finishing and binding equipment. If you enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and working as part of a team to hit daily production goals, this is a strong opportunity with room to grow.

What you’ll do

• Operate mail-processing machines to keep production running efficiently and accurately
• Sets up, adjusts, and operates print-finishing and binding equipment to meet quality and output expectations
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and escalate more complex problems as needed
• Perform routine checks and assist with preventative maintenance tasks
• Follow all safety and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Work closely with team leads and peers to meet daily deadlines and production targets
• Support training of new team members on safe operation and workflow standards (as needed)

What we’re looking for

• Prior machine operating experience is preferred (production, manufacturing, or similar environments)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Consistent attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a high-volume setting
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to work a rotating 12-hour schedule, including potential weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required
