We’re looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join our production team as Offset Printing Press Operators. You’ll receive on-the-job training to learn how to set up, operate, and troubleshoot industrial printing equipment.

Whether you have manufacturing experience, attended trade school, or enjoy working on cars, this is an opportunity to put your practical skills to work and learn a specialized trade.

What You’ll Do

• Learn to set up and operate industrial offset printing presses.

• Use hand tools to make machine adjustments and assist with equipment setup.

• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic mechanical or operating issues.

• Follow written instructions and production specifications.

• Inspect printed materials to ensure quality and consistency.

• Perform routine equipment checks and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Follow established production and safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude or previous manufacturing experience.

• Comfort using hand tools and working with machinery.

• Automotive experience, including oil changes or basic vehicle maintenance, is a plus.

• Trade school graduates and candidates with technical training are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to read and follow written instructions.

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn.
