About the Job

Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring dependable Production Associates for a food manufacturing facility in Goodyear, AZ!

We are looking for hardworking individuals with previous food manufacturing, food production, or warehouse experience. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position for candidates comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term employment!

Schedule & Pay

Shift: 3rd Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Responsibilities

Mix seasonings and prepare ingredients for production.
Package finished products according to specifications.
Assist with baking and food production processes.
Perform quality control checks.
Maintain accurate inventory counts.
Keep production areas clean and sanitized.
Follow food safety procedures and company guidelines.

Requirements

Previous food manufacturing, food production, or warehouse experience preferred.
Food industry or industrial kitchen experience strongly preferred.
Must be comfortable with physically demanding work.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Good employment history and job stability.
Must follow safety and food handling procedures.
Must obtain a Food Handler’s Card within the first week of employment.
Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred!

Interview Process

Candidates must be available to interview directly with the client. Previous food industry experience and a strong, stable work history are highly preferred.
