How long will it take Masis to find me a job?
The time it takes to place a candidate can vary based on a few key factors – such as the availability of positions that match your experience, your proximity to the job sites, and any client or role required screenings and background checks. While we aim to find the right fit for you as quickly as possible, the timeline can vary from person to person.
Do I need to have a car in order to get a job?
No, you don’t necessarily need a car to work with Masis. However, unless the job is remote or within walking distance to your place of residence, you’ll likely need access to some form of personal or public transportation.
What happens after I submit an application?
Once you apply, our recruiters will review your information. Based on your skills and experience, we’ll reach out when a suitable position becomes available. You may be invited to a phone screen first, and if that goes well, we’ll schedule an in-person interview (To continue with the hiring process as quickly as possible.)
What should I bring to my interview with your recruiters?
Make sure to bring the following items to your interview:
A copy of your most current resume.
Names and phone numbers for references and emergency contacts.
Document(s) that prove identity & Work Authorization.
A voided check or a bank letter for Direct Deposit setup (Checks are available according to State Laws.)
