Food Production Bi-lingual Line Lead 
Location: Plymouth, MN
Wage: $18.00-$22.00/hour DOQ
Shift: 1st shift—6:30am-3:00pm
Do you enjoy leading a team assembling and packaging products within a food production setting? Masis Staffing may have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a bi-lingual Food Production Line Lead  for 1st shift with a company in Plymouth, MN.
Requirements for the Bi-Lingual Food Production Line Lead—

  • Work in a fast-paced and hygienic manner
  • Team work focused 
  • Punctuality and great communication skills necessary
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be able to work in a cold environment (38 degrees)
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

Responsibilities for the Bi-Lingual Food Production Line Lead–

  • You will be working in a food production facility guiding a team with preparing sandwiches on a production line.
  • You will support the food production process by helping assemble and package products in a clean, fast-moving work environment.
  • Tasks may include placing ingredients onto a sandwich along a conveyor line, wrapping sandwiches, applying labels and preparing products for shipment.
  • Follow GMPs and sanitation procedures to help maintain a clean production environment.
  • Work with management team to ensure quality and adhere to safety protocols
