Fabricator Assembler (Entry Level)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (7th St/University)
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 1:15 PM – 9:45 PM
Duration: Contract-to-Hire

We are currently hiring Entry-Level Fabricator Assemblers for both 1st and 2nd shifts. No prior experience? No problem. We are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. If you have mechanical aptitude or a background in manufacturing, that’s a plus—but we are ready to train the right candidates!
What You’ll Do:
Operate and tend manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
Assemble components with precision and a keen eye for detail.
Use scanners for accurate inventory tracking and product identification.
Make computer-based adjustments to equipment as needed.
Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet strict company standards.
Work hands-on with materials including plastics and carbon fiber.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production environment.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
No prior experience required – we value a strong work history and job stability.
Previous machine operation, assembly, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
Mechanical aptitude is beneficial.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Must be able to stand for extended periods.
