1st shift Foam Assembly

Are you ready to join a dynamic team where your skills in foam assembly can shine? Our client is seeking dedicated individuals for the Foam Assembly role, focusing on the assembly and handling of foam materials for packaging. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities of the Foam Assembly:
Operate hot glue guns for assembly purposes.
Interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
Inspect foam materials for defects before and after assembly.
Ensure all assembly products meet quality and dimensional standards as per client or project requirements.
Follow all workplace safety guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ensure safe handling of tools and machinery.
Assist in packaging processes if needed.
Requirements of the Foam Assembly:
Previous assembly experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Basic understanding of measurements and precision tools.
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Capability to lift and handle materials, typically up to 50 pounds.
Compensation/Benefits for the Foam Assembly
Monday to Friday
7am to 3:30pm (with mandatory OT some Saturdays)
