Job Title: Forklift Driver
Location: Romeoville, IL
Hours: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM (+ OT)
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

Job Description:
The Forklift Driver plays a critical role in warehouse operations by safely and efficiently operating powered industrial equipment, including Cherry Pickers and Reach Trucks. This position supports order fulfillment and material movement throughout the warehouse and requires strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity. Candidates must be comfortable working extended shifts and overtime as business needs require.
Responsibilities:

• Operate Cherry Picker and Reach Truck equipment safely and efficiently
• Pick, stage, and move product according to work instructions
• Safely lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Ensure accurate product handling and inventory movement
• Perform equipment safety checks prior to operation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures
• Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed to support operations

Requirements:

• Prior forklift experience required
• Must have Cherry Picker and Reach Truck experience
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and material handling procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment for extended periods
• Comfortable working long shifts, overtime, and possible Saturdays
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
• Must be willing to submit to a background screen
