Are you ready to take your machine operation skills to the next level? Our client is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Machine Operator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of production, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities of the 1st Shift Machine Operator
Operate and monitor equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly.
Follow production schedules and maintain quality standards.
Utilize both automated and manual equipment, including hand tools and packaging machinery.
Accurately calculate formulas and percentages as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Collaborate with our client's team to meet production goals.
Requirements of the 1st Shift Machine Operator
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in reading and writing in English.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds frequently.
Strong understanding of basic arithmetic and percentage calculations.
Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
Basic computer skills are a plus.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
