Metal Finisher

Location: Goodyear, AZ 85395 (Near Loop 303 & Indian School Rd)

Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Plenty of overtime available

Job Summary:

Now hiring Metal Finishers for a growing manufacturer in Goodyear, AZ! This is a great opportunity to build a career in metal finishing. Full training provided. Work in a clean, climate-controlled facility with hands-on tasks finishing stainless steel parts.

Responsibilities of the Metal Finisher:

Use grinders, buffers, and polishers to finish stainless steel parts
Smooth welds and surfaces to meet quality standards
Read blueprints and use measuring tools
Perform visual inspections and log quality data
May assist with machine operation and light welding

Requirements of the Metal Finisher:

High School Diploma or GED required
1+ year using hand/power tools
Experience in grinding, polishing, or buffing
Welding experience preferred
Able to read blueprints and use calipers, micrometers, gauges
Mechanically inclined and safety focused
Must have reliable transportation (no public transit access)

Compensation for the Sheet Metal Fabricator:

1st Shift (Temp): $23/hour
Upon Hire: $24.86/hour | Increases to $25.36/hour after 30 days worked
