Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM + OT
Pay Rate: $17.00

Job Description:
Masis Staffing is now hiring Packers in Bolingbrook, IL. This is an opportunity for dependable individuals to join a fast-paced warehouse environment supporting business-to-business customer projects. The Packer is responsible for labeling, kitting, repacking products, palletizing, stretch wrapping, and performing general warehouse duties while maintaining quality, accuracy, and safety standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to perform repetitive tasks in a productive warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply labels to products, cartons, cases, and pallets accurately
  • Break down cases and re-pack products according to customer specifications
  • Perform kitting and assembly projects, including changing product configurations
  • Stretch-wrap pallets securely for storage and shipment
  • Sort, count, inspect, and organize products to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Follow customer-specific work instructions and warehouse procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assist with general warehouse labor, product movement, and project work as assigned
  • Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy expectations
  • Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE
  • Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive motions regularly
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 2 – 49 lbs. as needed
  • Spanish speaking preferred
