Job Title: Picker/Packer
Location: Batavia, IL.
Hours:  8:00 AM –  5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Description:
The Fulfillment Associate will utilize requisitions and order sheets to pick a wide variety of items, place and arrange items in containers and bins following specific instructions and arrange containers on pallets. The Associate will check containers for damage, and confirm correct items and quantities are received. They will perform duties in accordance with SOPs to ensure shipments are correct and defect-free.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organized
• Assemble boxes and prepare packaging materials
• Insert tissue, pamphlets, and products into boxes according to order requirements
• Close and label boxes accurately for shipment
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Place containers on pallets, secure with each container with proper wrapping to ensure quality delivery (stretch, shrink and strapping wrap)
• Complying with OSHA and other safety regulations

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
• Must be willing to submit to a background screen

• Place containers on pallets, secure with each container with proper wrapping to ensure quality delivery (stretch, shrink and strapping wrap)
• Complying with OSHA and other safety regulations
