Our client is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Sleever to join their team and contribute to the production process by ensuring decorative sleeves are accurately placed onto glass products. This role is essential in maintaining the high-quality standards our client is known for.

Responsibilities of the 1st Shift Sleever

Place decorative sleeves onto glass products with precision and care.
Inspect glass products for any defects or irregularities before and after sleeving.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with our client's team to meet daily production targets.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist in other production tasks as needed to support the team.

Requirements of the 1st Shift Sleever

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and techniques.
Reliable transportation to our client's location.
